Jessica has experience across the tertiary and public service sectors, where she has been specialising in stakeholder management and customer service. In 2020, Jessica’s Bachelor of Social and Cultural Analysis, and Master of Applied Science led her back to ANU where she managed the central future student enquiry team and domestic recruitment activities for ANU.

Jessica continues this focus with Crawford, bringing her experience in information and data management, where she will continue engaging with prospective domestic students and work towards strengthening partnerships for the school.
